WHY WE LOVE IT

Jaeger-LeCoultre is famed for the Reverso, but that piece's origins are, believe it or not, as a tool watch not a dress watch. However, the firm did produce myriad dedicated dress watches throughout the years, perhaps none more elegant than those from the middle of the last century. A plethora of case and dial designs means that a vintage JLC dress piece is reasonably easy to come by, but finding a more unique configuration in great condition remains challenging. The particular Jaeger-LeCoultre dress watch we have here couldn't be cooler. As it's signed only LeCoultre on the dial and was cased and timed in the U.S.A, we can deduce that it was a piece made specifically for the American market. It features a 14K yellow gold case with a gorgeous silver linen dial, applied gold indices and matching handset, a signed crown, and an acrylic crystal. Powered by a thin, manually wound calibre, this dress watch from one of the world's greatest watchmakers would be remarkable enough on its own for its unique design, but its entry-level pricing makes it even more perfect for the budding collector. Whether this is your first dress watch or your 1,000th, this is a great opportunity to get into a gold watch without losing your shirt!

OVERALL CONDITION Case is in excellent condition overall showing light signs of normal wear consistent with age and use with oxidation throughout. Silver 'linen' dial with applied indices is in equally excellent condition with matching 'pencil' handset. Signed crown.

Return Policy

10-Day Returns For Timepieces:

Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.

30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:

All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.

On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label.

All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.
