Return Policy

We will be happy to return or exchange items within 10 days for timepieces; 30 days for all other product with receipt, provided items are in new, unworn condition, no scratches / markings, not sized, adjusted or engraved. Must have all warranty cards, instruction booklets and in original packaging. Bespoke/custom order product cannot be returned or exchanged.

Online purchases may be returned either in-store or by mail with complimentary return shipping*. In-store purchases must be returned to a retail location.

All refunds must be credited in the same tender used for the original purchase except for cash transactions which will be refunded by wire transfer or corporate check.

Gift Receipt: Exchange or store credit only in accordance to above return policy period, terms and conditions. In-store jewelry returns will only be accepted in the store of original purchase listed at the top of your receipt.

*For orders under $300 and all International returns.

Return Shipping: Clients are responsible for shipping items back to our U.S. facility, including all associated costs such as duties, taxes, and carrier fees.

Refunds/exchanges only in the country of purchase.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Your online purchases can be returned or exchanged by shipping them directly to our facility with all the original paperwork. To use our secure shipping service, please contact our client service team for a return shipping label.

Alternatively, you can return or exchange your online purchases at any Mayors store with the original receipt.

As a condition of your transaction, you declare that you are the ultimate consumer for any new timepieces purchased and intend to use this merchandise personally, gift it to someone, or add it to your personal collection. Likewise, you confirm that you do not intend to resell any new timepieces for at least one year. You agree and acknowledge that in the event of anything contrary to the foregoing, it shall be grounds to prohibit future transactions at the sole discretion of the seller.
