With the Portofino Automatic Day & Night 34 Le Petit Prince, IWC Schaffhausen brings the world of the Little Prince into its Portofino collection. The watch unites traditional watchmaking craftsmanship with literary magic, transforming Saint-Exupéry’s timeless story into a stylish companion on the wrist. The compact 34-millimetre case crafted from robust stainless steel underscores the refined, enduring aesthetic of this elegant dress watch. Its deep blue dial with signature sunburst finish lends striking visual depth and harmonizes beautifully with the gold-plated hands and appliqués.

On the dial, 12 white diamonds mark the hours. A distinctive highlight of this special edition is the day-and-night display at 6 o’clock, which depicts the continuous passage of day and night in a full 24-hour rotation. Depending on the time of day, the upper half of the rotating disc reveals either the sun or the moon. In a charming detail, the Little Prince stands on the moon, gazing dreamily into the star-filled sky — a poetic touch that brings the spirit of the story to the heart of the watch. The stainless steel case back is also adorned with a finely executed engraving of the Little Prince, further enhancing the narrative character of this special edition.

Inside, the automatic calibre 35180 provides a power reserve of 50 hours. The model is fitted with a hand-dyed blue alligator leather strap crafted by the Italian leather artisan Santoni. Equipped with a quick-change system and a butterfly folding clasp, it offers exceptional wearing comfort and refined elegance.

10-Day Returns For Timepieces:

Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.

30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:

All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.

On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label.

All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.
