Looking ahead to a positive new year, Italian jeweler BVLGARI joins forces with Hublot and Zenith to team up for the 2021 LVMH Watch Week, revealing the luxury group’s latest novelties. Last year, LVMH broke away from the Swiss Baselworld fair with a grand showing in Dubai, the last big global watch event held before everything went virtual. In this article, we focus on BVLGARI watches; extraordinary timepieces based on their esteemed history and glittering international savoir-faire.

Serpenti Spiga

Finished and assembled by hand, the seductive Serpenti Spiga represents the iconic snake symbol’s latest evolution by the BVLGARI Maison. The wrap-around timepiece gets reinvented for 2021, with three new Serpenti Spiga editions featuring gold and diamonds in an intricate matelassé pattern, interlocking woven links resembling stalks of wheat.

Diva’s Dream Peacock

Three new Divas’ Dream watches make their appearance for 2021, a union of artistry and mechanical wizardry that only BVLGARI can make into a colorful gem-studded reality. Using exceptional craftsmanship like marquetry, miniature painting, and chaplevé, the Divas’ Dream Peacock Dischi, the Divas’ Dream Peacock Diamonds, and Divas’ Dream Peacock Tourbillon Lumière let the imagination soar.

Octo Finissimo

Three sporty novelties join the record-breaking Octo Finissimo lineup, the monochrome Octo Finissimo S, the Octo Finissimo S Chronograph GMT, and the Octo Finissimo GMT Titanium. The eight-sided watch evolves with the icy-cool all-steel brushed “S,” the combination chronograph and second-time zone “S Chronograph GMT,” and a lightweight titanium version with black dial and slick black rubber strap with titanium buckle. Essential icons created for the 21st century.

Octo Roma Carillon Tourbillon

A brilliant “Sinfonia della Meccanica” from BVLGARIi is a musical technical marvel that often requires upwards of 1200 components to chime the time, one of the most complicated timepieces to manufacture. A limited-edition of 15 pieces, the manual winding manufacture caliber BLV428 features a mind-blowing minute repeater, a 3-hammer carillon with Westminster chime, tourbillon, a 75-hour power reserve, completely skeletonized in black DLC coated titanium. A wonder of both science and sound.
