The Exclusive Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin Moon

By Sarah Jayne Potter | 2 minute read

Jaeger-LeCoultre is not only an embodiment of luxury but is the driving force behind some of the Swiss watch industry’s most iconic innovations. From the avant-garde Atmos clock that runs perpetually without human intervention, to the revered Reverso – one of their many feats of engineering and is celebrating its 90th anniversary in 2021.

The Master Collection is also one of Jaeger-LeCoultre’s best-selling collections. An elegant detour from embellishment and stylistic flourishes, these timepieces focus on the very essence of what a watch is; focusing on refined reliability and pure form.

Since its inception, the Master Collection has been divided into numerous family lines, the most notable of which are the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Grande Tradition, the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Ultra Thin, and the Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Control. This month we have partnered with Jaeger-LeCoultre on a brand new exclusive from the Master Ultra Thin collection, for the first month of its launch: the Master Ultra Thin Moon.

The highly appreciated Master Ultra Thin Collection combines elegance and understatement. Yesterday, today, and tomorrow, it renews itself without renouncing the aesthetic codes that have been its hallmark since its creation. For men who are passionate about fine mechanics, this interpretation in stainless steel boasts a new petroleum blue sunray-brushed dial, upon which every detail stands out clearly. In addition to this eagerly awaited new color and other reworkings, the new generation Caliber 925 that powers the Master Ultra Thin Moon has a reserve of approximately 70 hours.

The black alligator strap offers an almost vintage quality to the piece, and it boasts an intricate and beautiful date ring with a moonphase aperture that displays the moon and stars of the night in an elegant new polished setting. This timepiece is the perfect choice for those who love the sleek and elegance of a very paired back watch, but also demands a high performing and accurate output.
