This TAG Heuer article is part of our spotlight on LVMH Watch Week 2022.

Planning for the future by respecting the past, TAG Heuer has been carefully keeping an eye on the craftsmanship and spirit of Jack Heuer's illustrious heritage. Frédéric Arnault, the 27-year-old chief executive of TAG Heuer, is successfully leading the charge accompanied by Maria Laffont, VP of Product and Design, Heritage Director Nicholas Biebuyck, and venerable Creative Director Guy Bove.

Aquaracer Professional 200

Ideal for our ever-changing world, TAG Heuer's Aquaracer 200 has extreme sports in mind but is perfect for everyday wear. The Aquaracer 200 comes in two slimmer new sizes, 40mm and 30mm, in either mechanical (Calibre 5 Automatic movement) or Quartz movements. The case, bezels, and bracelets are a combination of brushed and polished stainless steel for a versatile look made for performance, water-resistant to 200 meters, but sleek enough for the office or a night out.

Timeless black, blue, or silver dials make the Aquaracer an accessible, super appealing, thoroughly dynamic, and slightly aggressive timepiece. Incorporating TAG Heuer's creative director Guy Bove's essential elements of design – readability, fit for purpose, quality of detail, typography, proportions, three-dimensional detailing, and finishes – the Aquaracer can do it all and does it all well.

Autavia 60th Anniversary

Jack Heuer first launched the Autavia wristwatch, which combines elements of auto and aviation, back in 1962. To celebrate this 60th anniversary, TAG Heuer is introducing three new models: two new chronographs with flyback functions and another first for the Autavia, a three-hand GMT model.

The Calibre Heuer 02 COSC Flyback manufacture movement of the Flyback Chronograph makes it possible to reset the timer without stopping it first, ideal for timing multiple laps. The 42mm case comes in stainless steel with a silver dial with black sub-dials or a black DLC coated case, both with a black ceramic bidirectional rotating bezel water resistant to 100 meters.

Ideal for world travelers, the GMT provides a practical second-time zone and sunray-brushed blue dial. A 42mm stainless steel case houses the Calibre 7 COSC GMT movement with a power reserve of 42 to 50 hours depending on the execution and water resistance of 100 meters. All three Autavia models feature an interchangeable strap system that allows wearable versatility with additional straps available.

Carrera Limited Edition Year of the Tiger Limited Edition

The twelve-year cycle of the Chinese lunar calendar assigns an animal to each year, and 2022 is the year of the Tiger. TAG Heuer commemorates this with a 41mm stainless steel blue dial Carrera featuring a tiger-striped dial effect created with painted textured metal and a brushed dial coated in a blue PVD treatment.

A blue tiger also appears on the sapphire crystal caseback, revealing the Calibre 5 Automatic movement featuring a 38-hour power reserve and water resistance to 100 meters. The Carrera comes in a tiger-striped blue lacquer box to match the dial, a limited edition of 300 pieces.

Aquaracer Professional 300 Naomi Osaka Limited Edition

One of the most compelling players in women's tennis, Naomi Osaka, has been on a fascinating journey of self-discovery to become one of the most influential personalities in professional sports. Her youth and trendsetting personal style define the zeitgeist, and in turn, TAG Heuer has enlisted Osaka to be an ambassador and a collaborator to help design her very own Aquaracer.

Inspired by tennis and a love of nature, Osaka has chosen shades of green for the dial and rubber strap. Powered by the Calibre 5 Automatic movement, the Osaka Aquaracer features a 38-hour power reserve and water resistance of 300 meters. Befitting of Osaka's powerful aura, eight diamonds sparkle on the dial with a charming personalized engraving of Osaka’s logo, a teddy bear holding a flower on the caseback.
