Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Watches

Step back in time when you browse the Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso watches collection at Mayors. Named the Reverso for their reversing case, the original model was created to be worn by British Army officers participating in polo matches in India. The reversible case meant that the durable back could move to the front and protect the precious mechanisms inside.

As well as its practical details, this watch was developed at the beginning of the 1930s, a decade that saw the popularity of Art Deco design soar. JLC Reverso watches embraced this design movement, with an Art Deco dial that captured the trend of the time.
