With its ties to the great Gerald Genta — who was only 24 when he designed it — stunning looks, a horologically-significant movement and an interesting history to boot, the Polerouter is that one amazing value proposition that punches far above its weight class.

This particular Polerouter, a Reference 20368/1, dates to circa the late 1950s and features a stainless steel twisted-lug case with a radial silver-toned 'crosshair' dial with an applied 'U' logo, a matching dauphine handset, and UG's Calibre 215-9 automatic-winding micro-rotor movement within.

The culmination of design details like the gorgeous graduated chapter ring, the crosshair dial, the svelte 'microtor' movement, the twisted lug case, and the outstanding build quality, leave us with a truly important watch from the most famous watch designer in history.

When you strap it on your wrist you’ll quickly see why collectors are always on the hunt for clean examples of Polerouters.

This one is gonna be hard to beat.

OVERALL CONDITION

The case is in outstanding condition overall showing light signs of wear from gentle use. Silver-toned Radium 'crosshair' dial with stainless steel chapter ring is in fantastic condition with matching 'dauphine' handset. Signed crown. Intact factory caseback sticker.

Return Policy

10-Day Returns For Timepieces:

Timepieces purchased online can be returned or exchanged within 10 days from when they are shipped or collected.

30-Day Returns For All Other Purchases:

All other online purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from when they are shipped or collected.

On presentation of the original receipt, your purchases may be returned or exchanged at any of our store locations. Alternatively, you may elect shipping to our facility with all the original paperwork. All refunds must be credited to the same tender used for the original purchase. To return the online purchases through secure shipping service, please contact our client service team who will provide you the shipping label.

All returns or exchanges must be in new, unworn condition, with no scratches or markings, not sized or adjusted and in their original packaging and with warranty cards / certificated and instruction booklets.
