We want all of our clients to be satisfied and happy with their purchases. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to any of our store locations or call our corporate sales department at 800-4Mayors and choose option 4 for details to return your purchase by mail. Mayors allow 10 days for returns of timepieces and 30 days for jewelry from date of receipt. All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and presented with the original packaging and original receipt. All refunds will be given to you in the manner in which you made your purchase. If you made the purchase on your credit card, you will be credited accordingly. If the item was received as a gift, then you will receive a non-refundable (store or merchandise) credit. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Special Exception: During the holiday season, returns on purchases made from November 1 to December 31 are accepted until January 31 of the following year.
