You can search through Mayors products using various category filters including occasion, product, material, stone and price. Click the filter, choose an option and then click the find arrow. Use as many filters as you need to narrow your search.
Will I be charged tax on my purchase?
All applicable taxes are calculated automatically on the receipt. You will be able to see the total charge of your item plus all taxes before finalizing your purchase.
Does Mayors offer a gift-wrapping service?
We present all merchandise in our signature boxes with ribbon.

What is the Mayors Diamond Solitaire Trade-in Policy?
The Mayors Diamond Solitaire Trade-in Policy is a unique and special service that provides you with the option of upgrading a diamond that you originally purchased at Mayors. Mayors will credit you the original retail price of your diamond plus 1% for each year that you own it towards the purchase of another Mayors diamond 50% or greater in retail value.

Mayors offers a choice of hand or machine engraving. We will engrave jewelry, timpieces and select giftware. Simply bring the article to be engraved to any of our store locations.

What is the Mayors return policy?
Our commitment to excellence is your guarantee of satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it to any of our store locations. Mayors allows 10 days for returns of timepieces and 30 days for jewelry. All merchandise must be unworn, undamaged and presented with the original packaging and original receipt.
